HOW AN ENGAGEMENT WORKS
- WORK PACKAGE DEFINITION
- Scope, interfaces, acceptance criteria and deliverables are defined before engineering begins. RAD works to a defined technical work package with clear ownership.
- DELIVERABLES BY STAGE
- Every stage ends in a documented deliverable — specification, architecture, prototype, integration report or validation report.
- INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
- Background IP remains with the party that brought it. Foreground IP is agreed per project before engineering begins. RAD works under NDA from the first technical discussion.
- CONFIDENTIALITY
- Technical documentation, specifications and test data are provided to verified counterparties under NDA.
