RAD v1.1

Counter-UAS Electronic Warfare System

RF · POWER ELECTRONICS · EW · SYSTEM ENGINEERING · FIELD DEPLOYMENT

Field-deployed electronic warfare system developed to protect personnel, positions and vehicles against UAV threats.

RAD v1.1 deployed on position

THE PROBLEM

UAV threats against personnel, fixed positions and vehicles require suppression that can be deployed and sustained in the field — without external power, without a prepared site and without a dedicated operator.

THE SYSTEM

RAD v1.1 is a complete, self-contained EW system. It covers six frequency bands with independent amplification per band, runs from an internal battery or vehicle supply, and is deployed as a single unit by one person. RAD developed the full system: RF chain, power electronics, thermal design, enclosure and control.
